U konstantnoj smo potrazi za kvalitetnim pojačanjem našeg Level 2 i Level 3 Support tima.

Ukoliko imas iskustvo u radu nekoj Web Hosting firmi, to je ogroman plus, ali čak i ako si bez iskustva u radu, a smatraš da posedujes napredne veštine rada na serverima i mreži, pošalji nam svoj CV!

Napomena: dobro znanje engleskog jezika je neophodno za sve naše buduće kolege i koleginice.

Šta je neophodno?

  • Iskustvo u korišćenju Linux OS-a generalno, posebno distribucija kao što su CentOS i Ubuntu te solidno poznavanje rada u terminalu (CLI).
  • Napredno poznavanje cPanel/WHM i funkcionisanja servisa HTTP, DNS, MySQL, IMAP, SSH, tj. poznavanje osnovnih servisa neophodnih u Web hosting industriji. 
  • Engleski jezik. Izgovor nije previše bitan, ali pisanje bez grešaka je neophodno, u svakodnevnoj komunikaciji zbog kontakta sa klijentima sa engleskog govornog područja.
  • Određeno iskustvo u industriji Web hostinga je svakako prednost.
  • Proaktivnost je uvek dobrodošla.

Koji bi bili tvoji svakodnevni zadaci?

  • Monitoring i održavanje stabilnog rada svih servisa korisničkih usluga.
  • Pružanje podrške korisnicima naših usluga putem kanala za podršku (email, livechat, telefon).
  • Menadžment incidenata servera i mreže.
  • Brza i efikasna komunikacija sa korisnicima i ostalim članovima internih timova.
  • Dodavanje resursa na internu bazu znanja, automatizacija određenih procesa.

Gde i kako bi radio/la?

  • Inače bi radio/la u našim prostorijama na Novom Beogradu u Bulevaru Milutina Milankovića 9e, ali zbog situacije sa Korona virusom radi se remote do poboljšanja situacije u zemlji.
  • Sedeo/la bi na ergonomskoj stolici i radio/la bi sa 2-3 monitora.
  • OS tvog računara i karakteristike dogovaramo u sklopu procesa zapošljavanja.

Koje smene možeš da očekuješ?

  • Prva (8h – 16h) ili druga smena (14h – 22h), 8 časova, 5 radnih dana tokom sedmice.
  • Nakon perioda adaptacije u prvoj smeni, radno vreme može da se promeni, ali sve u skladu sa dogovorom i poštovanjem zakona.

Ostale informacije

  • Plata zavisi od više faktora, a to je: iskustvo, koliko brzo se uklopiš u rad i naravno, koliko doprinosiš radu kompanije.
  • Prijava: Na pun iznos dogovorene plate od prvog dana.
  • Odmori: Minimum 20 dana godišnje.

Customer Support Specialist

  • As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the hero in our front lines assisting hundreds of local and global customers per week. Your main responsibility will be to deliver a fast, personal, and respectful support experience. You will also play a critical role in anticipating where our customers are having issues so our Tech Support team can act fast.

As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities include:
  • Helping customers through live chat, phone and ticketing system to ensure they are satisfied with our services and/or assisting potential clients with relevant info and ordering our services
  • Troubleshooting, investigating, and creating detailed bug reports for our Technical Support team
  • Contributing to our culture of “user delight” by sharing examples of user interactions with the rest of team
  • Correctly identifying and reporting on support requests so the Product development team can plan future product iterations
  • Auditing and updating any support resources as the service changes (Knowledgebase, Saved Replies, etc…)
  • Helping write and maintain documentation for internal knowledge base
  • Assisting with projects related to improving our support at scale processes
You could be a good fit if you:
  • Have previous experience delivering a superior support experience with respect, empathy and understanding
  • Know how to to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent written and spoken English
  • Have the ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Have the technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple technical issues on your own
  • Are available for a full time schedule that spans Saturdays and sometimes may include holidays as our customers need us (working hours may include evening or early morning hours)
Bonus Points:
  • Active and passionate internet user, familiar with web hosting industry and cloud technologies
  • Previous experience working in customer support of any kind
  • Previous experience working with any CRM, Live Chat and Ticketing system

  • Please note: This is not a remote role. We are located in New Belgrade in GTC FortyOne business complex. Our shifts (8 working hours per day, 5 days a week) vary from 7AM till 10PM including Saturdays and Sundays.
